 BREASTFEEDING and SEX LIFE

BREASTFEEDING and SEX LIFE

Sex life entails the need to meet coital desires in fullness and contentment.

Child birth comes with a lot of challenges emotionally, economically and physically which affect women widely when it comes to sex life.

A few men will have sexual changes post having a new baby in the family, but some men (first time fathers) have reported have reported an emotional shift which has affected their sex life. This emotional shift includes

  1. Feeling scared not knowing how to handle a newborn and this will create stress.
  2. Thoughts about how a whole human found a way through “his territory” #coochie.
  3. Financial shifts, i.e. the burden of a new baby needs.

Women are far much affected following a new baby and these article will look out to ways of feeling attractive again and waking up the desire for sex.

BREAST SUPPORT.

Finding fitting bras that will support the whole of your breasts is one step to feeling sexy. Mother and baby shops have breastfeeding bras that have more clothes inside to help absorb extra milk to avoid leakage twice a day. They dry relatively fast so you can change the bras as much as you want and wash.

At night have a small towel or cloth near your boobs to absorb excess milk. You should not sleep in bra unless it’s a little bit lose and comfortable in sleeping position.

Your husband met without milk and spills. He doesn’t need you to dry the milk again, but at least don’t soak your shirts and even trousers in milk. A little cleanliness won’t hurt he will even appreciate having a hygienic mum for the newborn.

VAGINA CLEANLINESS.

Wash your body once a day but wash the vagina twice a day or more depending if you have sex.

Don’t be the careless woman who wakes up soaked in sperms and walking around in sperms. The first thing to do in the morning after a night of sex or no sex is to wash your coochie, apply Vaseline on the outside and don a new pant. Same thing in the evening hours from 5-8pm again wash your coochie and change pants.

This is not only for your husband but yourself in preventing bacteria’s of candida and UTI that thrive in a dirty environment. If you practice this kind of hygiene also you will have reduced visits to doctors room with infections.

Some days just get a cold ice add to yoghurt and spread it in your vagina. The vaginal lining needs the probiotics and the bacteria’s from the yoghurt.

VAGINAL TIGHTNESS.

As said earlier, men will keep wondering how a whole human passing through the small vagina. This can cause sexual aversion. Immediately after birth all women should start training on doing Kegels to bring the womb back to its size and tighten the pelvic muscles that outstretched to accommodate the baby for nine months. Kegels will ensure the inner vagina is not hollow for cs mums even as the outside is tight and untouched.

NB*the uterus expand from 5cm to 30 cm and when the womb goes back to the 5-7cm  size after delivery there will be space left in the vagina.

Kegels will get you ready for sex by 12 weeks.

Now men are creating a crisis for women by wanting sex earlier, be sure to take your man slowly about the need to wait for 12 weeks.

POST-PARTUM SWEAT.

Sweating postpartum is inevitable esp. during breastfeeding and going around the house and caring fir baby. Use plain non perfumed petroleum jellies and mild roll-ons to curb smelling. Avoid strong scented sprays and roll-ons because of the baby reaction to the scents which causes sneezing and colds.

PREPARE FOR IT.

  1. Timing*-prepare the baby in advance by breastfeeding to fullness.
  2. Serene environment*-tidy your room and keep in order.
  3. Keep your breast in check with a clean heavy breastfeeding bra. (however some men don’t mind breastfeeding, #lol. So you can just stay free and get wild.)

SEX ATTITUDE.

  1. I am sexy.
  2. I came to my partner to fulfil my sexual needs and fulfill his too.
  3. I want sex.
  4. I want to be loved and endorsed under his masculinity.
  5. I can’t believe Sex gave us a human, let me revive the memory.

Always be the freaky girl you were on your first date.

TAKE SOME DAYS OFF SEX TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PUNANI, IT DOESN’T NEED THE DAY TO DAY THUMPING, ALSO MUSCLES WEAR OUT.

SEX DOESN’T KEEP A MAN BUT IT IS A FULFILLMENT WHERE THERE IS LOVE, DON’T FORCE HIM TO HAVE IT.

A SANE MAN WONT ASK FOR SEX DAILY. SOME DAYS JUST CUDDLE AND TALK DEEP INTO THE NIGHT.EVERYDAY SEX IS A SIGN OF POVERTY IN MIND AND HEALTH, STAY AWAY FROM SUCH MEN (THEY ARE SEX PESTS).

SEX IS BEAUTIFUL IF YOU BOTH AGREE TO HAVE IT AT A CERTAIN TIME.
