We understand that we should exclusively breastfeed bt some mums need to work so my questions are
1. What should we introduce at 3 moths (for a mum who doesn’t have fridge to store breast milk and cant afford formula)
2. Is that tge only thing to give through the day?
3. How long should one take to introduce specific food for them to know the allergy
How long can breast milk stay at room temperature
Lets say I was feeding the baby 70ml of milk bt he took 60ml and dozed off can i add another 50ml to the same bottle and feed the baby when he wakes up 4 hours later
For weaning( introducing other foods other than formula and breast milk) please refer to our article on feeding babies.
When a mother cannot afford formula they can always go to a hospital and benefit from special flours made for babies below six months.
And before weaning always give one type of food .
Without fridge, and for Hygiene purposes the remaining breastmilk should be discarded.
