Hello doc, if i had viginal delivery how long should i stay before having sex??

And those who went through cs??

If one is feeling pain during sex whats the remedy

Both delivery need atleast 8 weeks. 

The longer you wait the best because the inner vagina has been carrying a whole human being for 5months bearing the weight on its muscles so you loosen up. You need time to gain the muscle strength. 

Feeling pain during sex means you haven’t healed or maybe you are Soo dry or your man is quite huge. 

Be sure to use a lot of lube. If it persists get checked for Infection
